Vision4Insights ("we", "us", "our") provides market research services and operates this website together with our participant and admin portals. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. When you join our research panel, we collect your full name, email address, country, and a securely hashed password — we never store passwords in plain text. As you participate in research, we may also collect demographic and qualification data relevant to the studies you take part in.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the panel, match participants to relevant studies, deliver research services to our clients, respond to inquiries, and send account-related email such as email verification and password reset links. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

How we protect it

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored or transmitted in plain text. Authentication uses short-lived access tokens paired with rotating, single-use refresh tokens. Email verification and password-reset links are single-use, time-limited, and only their cryptographic hash is stored server-side.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below. Participants can also request that their panel account be closed.
